Rack cards are a great, inexpensive, effective way to advertise your local business throughout all of Snohomish County. Just because your business may be in Marysville doesn't mean that some one working in Lynnwood wouldn't be interested in patronizing your establishment on their day off. 

We distribute a minimum of 1,000 rack cards throughout the county every month. We place them in hair salons, pediatric offices, gyms, daycares, preschools, restaurants, consignment stores, and many other family friendly businesses.

We are currently working on getting permission to distribute our rack cards twice a year to a few private and public schools around the county too. So we will have cards going home with every student from Kindergarten through the 8th grade. We hope to have our first distribution in April. 

County wide distribution will begin Feb. 1, 2010.
Cards will distributed on the first Monday and Tuesday of each month.

Fees include:

• Online placement of rack card
• Printing and distribution of cards and all other production costs
• Ad design (you provide artwork/logo that must be 300 dpi or more) and you get one proof. Each additional proof cost $10.00. 
• Your basic listing will have a "$$" next to your company name to let our viewers know you have an ad on "discounts and promotions" page and this will link to your ad on our site.
• Large ad fee-includes a premium listing in your specific category, and a link to your coupon or ad on our "discounts and promotions page", e.g. if you are a restuarant and also do birthday parties your listing will appear as follows in both pages and your logo will be linked to your website (background colors vary):

Prices dependent on amount of events we attend. The minimum fee will be $55.00 for a large ad, $45.00 for the medium ad and $35.00 for a small ad.  We only charge more on the months we know we will distribute more cards due to special events like the Strawberry Festival in June.

We place our cards out on our booth at every event we attend. When we attend playdates, Mom's Night Out events, Chamber meetings, Small Business Association meetings and other networking meetings we also pass them out at these events. 

Here is a proposed list of special events and fairs for 2010. 

• No additional cost for different zones, cities, towns or areas, rack cards are placed throughout Snohomish County for one low price.
• No production fees or design fees.
• Your ad will be placed on our "Discounts and Promotions" page under "Shop and Dine".
• Your company name on your ad and listing will also be linked to your website.
• Ads are in attractive, full, bright colors, and glossy print.
• No long term committment, payment is due per month. You can stop or start your service as you like with no additional penalties or fees. 
• Limited number of advertisers.
• Cards distributed at special events, business meetings and playdates also.
• Our website let's customers print your ads out at home.
• You can add a premium ad for only $10.00 instead of $15.00 for even more online visibility.  

Here is an example of what our rack cards look like, they measure 3.74" x 8.27" and are paper stock: premium 80-lb. (215 gsm) card stock. The companies displayed below are just being used as an example.
