Goodie Bags

Many businesses would love to attend these special events but either can't afford the booth and promotional items or they just don't have the finances to hire an employee to stand at the booth all day.  Now you have an affordable option to get the word out about your great business without having to really be there yourself.   

When we attend these events we pass out goodie bags, sale SnoCoKids Savings Cards, pass out our rack cards, sell merchandise (e.g.-business gift certificates, animal balloons, and misc. children's products), and of course brag as much as possible about your business, services and products. 
 
Our goodie bags are a great way to get your information out to your potential customers.  The goodie bags are filled with a fruit snack and Twizzlers, a small bubbles bottle, a discount postcard, coupons, flyers and other useful information about our great local businesses.

The first 25 businesses to sign up and pay will have their company name listed on the back of each of our postcards. A fun way to motivate potential customers to patronize your business is our "postcard scavanger hunt" and the fact that the postcard works like a 10% off coupon.

On the back of each postcard next to your business is a blank spot for customers to write down a letter that they get from you when they visit your store.  Once they have visited every business they will have the "Secret Phrase". They then email us their name, email address, and their "Secret Phrase" for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to any one of three local businesses.

Benefits of sponsoring an event:

  • In most cases the sponsor fee is actually less than it would cost you to rent the booth yourself. 
  • The first 25 businesses to sign up and pay will have their company name listed on every postcard that goes into a goodie bag. Kids and parents alike love our goodie bags. There is some thing in there for both of them-candie and a toy for the kids and coupons and business information for the parents.  
  • The first 25 businesses to sign up and pay will also have their company name listed on our Sponsor Banner that is posted right behind us in our booth.
  • Every time we host a booth at an event we post it on our Facebook page, our website's front page and dedicate a page especially for it. Every one who sponsors our booth will have their logo displayed on the dedicated event page with a link to their website.
  • When a person comes to our booth they can to enter a drawing for a chance to win a $50.00 gift certificate to any one of three local businesses.  When they sign up there is an option for each person to allow us to pass out their email address to our event sponsors.  What this means to you-you get a list of all those names too!
  • We are always looking at our booth sponsors to provide the winning gift certificate. If you are willing to sell us a $50.00 gift certificate for $45.00 or a $100 gift certificate for $90 then we would love to offer the winning patron your gift certificate. 
  • Every sponsor is encouraged to provide us with promotional information such as a coupon, business cards or flyer. You can add as much reading material as you want to our goodie bags-just keep in mind that it must fit in the bag.
  • The people that come to our booth and grab our goodie bags are your target market too. We cater to kids, families and even pet owners.
  • There is no real leg work for you to do.  We stuff the bags, rent the booth, advertise our participation in the event, purchase our promotional items, pass out the information.  All we need from you-payment, business information, logo, and any additional resources you would like to add to the goodie bag!
